Chief Operating Officer, Lifeline Operations
Karen Ryer has made an outstanding professional impact at every healthcare company she has worked from her early days as the Assistant Director of Admissions at Morristown Memorial Hospital to her current Chief Operations Officer role at Lifeline Medical Associates. With over 30 years of experience, she has played an integral role in implementing and advancing the newest techniques and technologies in the medical business industry.
In addition to her strategic and managerial oversight of billing & collections, managed care relationships, group purchasing, human resources & benefits and Episodes of Care development, Karen rolls up her sleeves with her team at Lifeline to ensure all protocols and processes are implemented to the highest quality level. Her professional interest in technology has helped different companies transition from typewriters to computer systems, and she always looks for ways to share her knowledge with others.
